A one-hour meeting online or if requested by student, in person.
Online meetings on Wednesday and Thursday.
In person meetings between 9h – 18h Wednesday and Thursday.

At the start of semester all students will receive a Microsoft One Drive link to schedule their meeting.

The individual meeting will take place online on Microsoft Teams.

Specific to each student’s practice and thesis research.

This meeting is to help you gain confidence in speaking English and integrating English language skills into your artistic practice and thesis research, strengthening both your theoretical and creative expression.
Key objectives:

• Developing a specialised glossary of English vocabulary specific to your practice.
• Expanding your knowledge of Anglophone and non-Francophone references, situating your practice within a broader context.
• Cultivating oral skills to clearly and confidently articulate your practice.
• Strengthening your critical thinking and analytical skills through discussion and reflection on your practice and thesis.

Students are required to meet at least once each semester to receive credit.
• If a student misses the meeting for one semester, they must submit a written questionnaire within one month after that semester’s last class.
• If a student does not meet at all during the entire academic year, they must submit two written questionnaires—one for each semester—both within one month after the second semester’s last class.
